Finally writing this article after being tagged by Chells nearly a month ago..
1) I will be in search of my lost friends...there are few of them whom I last saw 10 years ago, and would love to meet them next year..
2) try to think less... for example if you feel like not working a day, then I should just apply for leave, instead of thinking of the pros and cons of taking leave and finally go to work..
3) join a sport club, and also search a bakra who would play squash with me everyday.
4) i will invite my chotta cousins to bangalore and take them around the city.
5) i should get back to my touring mania, this year i was out only for 10 days..
6) Last but not least, i need to work on removing the negative/impure stuffs from me..

Back Again.....Yahoooooooooooooo
I am back again.. I it is a nice feeling to do something different and interesting with the Idiot Box. (The Idiot Box is not TV, but a _ _ ).
I have been under tremendous work pressure for the past few weeks, and hence couldn't interact you guys much.. It is still there.. But what the hell, It is time to just chill and relax....
Dec 2-4th:
I went to Sathyamangalam(thanks to veerapan, this town was in limelight whenever he killed/kidnapped anybody) to attend my cousins wedding.. I did not book any bus tickets, and hence I had to take the buses at every possible junction..(Bangalore ---> Hosur ---> Salem ---> Erode ---> Sathyamangalam) Guess what these days, TNRTC has DVD players with two portable TV's on either sides in each and every bus.. Watched quite a lot of movies on the way... How much the public enjoyed vadivellu, kaundamani ( I hate his silly comedy though.) and senthil's comedy.. It was nice to be with unknown happy people. I was introduced to each and everyone by my aunt who made it a point to tell everyone that I was working in ORACLE.. One uncle came and asked me, how much I save from my salary of Rs 'X' (exaturated).. By the time I could answer the aunt sharply said enough savings to start a family... Bull Shit..As I was shocked with her reply, another intervened and said his aunt's, daugther's neighbour works in Bangalore too and he earns (X + 20,000) and they were on and on..I could only smile at them, and as and when they bombarded me with Questions on Software, my aunt was merrily answering all the questions for me... Man how eager people are, to know the little secrets of others..(that includes me too..)
But the best part was spending time with two little nephews.. I always felt silly when elders ask the children to keep quiet, but Boy, id you don't will have to keep running after them for ever.. They made me run to each and every corner of the mandap... I got so tired running after them that I placed 10 chairs one on the other, and seated those naughty ones on the top most chair.
The best time in one's life is when he/she is a kid.. Absolutely no worries, just doing what they want to do...
Dec 10th-11th:
What a day Dec 10th was.. I will easily call it the day of 2005. Firstly it is always great to earn a weekend after 5 hard working days, rather then Kaal (TIME) granting you them.. Finally I managed to earn a weekend at the end of year.. :)
I had earlier decided to scan old photographs, update the Blog and sleep otherwise in the weekend.... But it was not to be... Thanks to Cricket.. 3 Matches in a day.. just too good to keep me busy..
Firstly New Zealand chasing Australia's mamoth target of 331. Vettori and Mccullam added 73 runs of 30 odd deliveries for the 10th wicket to make it a very special match...
Then Sachin Tendulkar, what a Player he is... Scored his 35th Century and made millions of his fans be proud of him.. It is these little little things that make your day.. When I saw an emotional Scahin in the Screen, I just couldn't take it... I made calls to all Sachin's Fans and shared the good moment...(This boomed by mobile bill for the month)
England thrashed Pakistan, a good entertaining match with big shots.. Ended the day with a Pasta at the Friends..
Sunday, lazed around in the afternoon and did shopping in the evening, and end of a good earned weekend.
Dec 17-18th:
Attended my ECE class get-together and it was fun meeting many of my old classmates. People hadn't changed much.(No one changes until, there is a change in priorities in life which is directly linked to finding a BF/GF) It was funny for me, as people were talking about old crushes...And especially talking about Steve's curshes before his Fiance. Oh man.. he was pretty emabarassed... I watched "Thillana Moganmbal" on my journey from Hosur to Chennai.. Padmini was absolutely stunning...
-------------------------------------------------------------------
I guess it goes without saying that I was slogging each and every weekday of this month...
Waiting eagarly for the weekend..
Wishing you all "Merry Chirstmas" and have fun during this festive weekend!!!

Superstitions...
Super + Situation = Superstitions. :) (Thanks to Gandhe who made me realize this...)
Never have haircuts on thursday as it would be very inauspicious for your uncle(s).
Never cut your nails after 6 'o' clock..
oh no.. never get any registration form on a tuesday..
Never should a group of 4 leave the house..
The above are the stuffs which i used to religiously follow until I left chennai..
Below is the collection of the superstitions i have seen my friends follow..9especially during the exams)
1) My friend used to have only idly with tomato ketchup as breakfast on the day of every exam.
2) Some Avoid bathing during the Study leave between exams and be fresh(having a bath finally) on the day of the exam.
3) Some wear the same dress for all the exams.
4) Some sit in the same lucky seat(in the college bus) where he/she originally sat for some well written exam.
5) I used to receive a call at 7.30 am, from my friend during every exam.. I believe that this brought him luck once, and I had to speak to him everyday on the morning of the exam.
6) I used to grow my hair for 2 months before the semesters, and have a hair-cut on the eve of the first exam..
7) A few friends came to my house during evey semester and study atleast 1 unit of any paper to have a lucky start.
8) My brother's friends come home, and get wished by my mother before the exams..
9) My ex-housemate hated me, when I aksed him where he was leaving for?
10) one fellow used to steal my 2-mark Q&A on the eve of every exam. (Later I had to buy another one once i figured this out).
11) another friend would enter the toilet with another fellow just before the exam..This was hilarious...
12) I used to start writing the exam only after my friend, who sat before me started writing his exam.
13) Couple of other friends would come home and we would play Cricket for the whole day, and then later put up a schedule which we would never ever follow.. Later this became a superstition..
I wonder how many such idiotic crazy supertitions would be revolving in this world....
